Experience in septic system installation or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Septic Installation Technician

Work with our field team on new and replacement septic installations throughout the Dripping Springs and Hays County area. The role includes site preparation, installation support, handling materials, assisting with system components, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in changing Texas weather
• Able to perform physical field work and follow safety instructions
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Construction, excavation, plumbing, septic, or equipment experience is helpful
• Willingness to learn septic system installation methods

Septic Service Technician

Help inspect and troubleshoot existing septic systems, assist with repairs and pumping-related service, and communicate field observations clearly. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys mechanical problem-solving and does not mind getting hands-on with wastewater systems.

Qualifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Comfort working around septic and wastewater equipment
• Clear communication with customers and coworkers
• Ability to document observations carefully
• Relevant septic or mechanical experience is helpful

Equipment Operator

Support septic installation and repair projects by operating excavation equipment carefully around homesites, rural properties, and established improvements. This role requires patience and good judgment because Hill Country access, rock, slopes, utilities, fences, and landscaping can make each job different.

Qualifications

• Prior excavation or equipment operating experience
• Strong awareness of jobsite safety
• Ability to work carefully around existing property improvements
• Comfort with rocky and uneven Hill Country sites
• Reliable attendance and teamwork

Project and Customer Coordinator

Help customers move from the first septic conversation to a well-organized service or installation visit. Responsibilities include gathering property information, coordinating schedules, maintaining project details, and keeping communication clear between customers and the field team.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfort managing several active projects
• Professional and friendly customer communication
• Attention to property addresses, schedules, and project details
• Construction or home-service office experience is helpful
