Experience in septic system installation or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Septic Installation Technician

Work with our field team on new and replacement septic installations throughout the Dripping Springs and Hays County area. The role includes site preparation, installation support, handling materials, assisting with system components, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Septic Service Technician

Help inspect and troubleshoot existing septic systems, assist with repairs and pumping-related service, and communicate field observations clearly. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys mechanical problem-solving and does not mind getting hands-on with wastewater systems.

Equipment Operator

Support septic installation and repair projects by operating excavation equipment carefully around homesites, rural properties, and established improvements. This role requires patience and good judgment because Hill Country access, rock, slopes, utilities, fences, and landscaping can make each job different.

Project and Customer Coordinator

Help customers move from the first septic conversation to a well-organized service or installation visit. Responsibilities include gathering property information, coordinating schedules, maintaining project details, and keeping communication clear between customers and the field team.
