Owner and Lead Installer

Mason founded Hill Country Septic Co after years around excavation, rural property improvements, and septic construction in the Dripping Springs area. He likes the problem-solving side of laying out field work on difficult properties and keeps an old paper road atlas in his truck even though everyone else on the crew uses their phones.

Elena Ramirez

Project Coordinator

Elena keeps installation and service projects organized and is often the person making sure property details do not get lost between the first conversation and the field visit. A longtime Hays County resident, she spends many weekends tending a vegetable garden and knows exactly how much homeowners care about where equipment crosses their property.

Cody Hart

Septic Service Technician

Cody works on system troubleshooting, pumping coordination, repairs, and installation support. He grew up helping family with ranch equipment outside the Dripping Springs area, and that mechanical background shows in the patient way he works through pumps, controls, piping, and other septic components before jumping to conclusions.

How We Work Together

We start by listening to what the property owner is trying to accomplish or what problem they are seeing. For installation projects, we review the available system information and plan the field work around the approved requirements and actual site conditions. For repairs, we try to understand the cause before recommending the fix.

Once work begins, the same practical approach continues. Mason focuses on installation and field decisions, Elena keeps project details moving, and Cody handles service and troubleshooting work. That small-team structure helps us keep communication simple and gives customers a clear local point of contact.
